KELLER, Texas – GoVision™ announced today that one of its custom-built mobile units, GO BIG, has been commissioned to travel with the Marathon Oil Full Speed Ahead Tour, which will travel the United States for two months, promoting a new MasterCard program offered by the two companies and building brand awareness.
The Full Speed Ahead Tour will pass through approximately 15 states and will target areas with Marathon Oil stations, which includes Midwestern, Eastern and Southeastern states. The tour will stop at local festivals, as well as service stations along the route. In both venues, the GO BIG unit’s 9 foot by 16 foot BARCO Dlite 10 LED screen will be used to show a video promoting the new MasterCard while event organizers give consumers an opportunity to become card holders.
“We selected GoVision as our mobile screen provider for this tour for four reasons: the quality of equipment, expertise, turn-around time and flexibility,” said Brian Tusch, Full Speed Ahead organizer. “We already anticipate working together again in the future.”
A GoVision driver / technician will travel with the GO BIG unit for the entire tour, which began over the Labor Day weekend at the Arts, Eats and Beats festival in Pontiac, Mich., and will travel with the tour through early November. The GO BIG unit is easily maneuverable for the variety of locations to which it will be going. The screen can raise 16 feet and rotate 360 degrees for optimal viewing.

The GO BIG unit underwent a facelift as it was prepared for the tour. The entire truck was wrapped in vinyl promoting the Marathon Oil MasterCard, and a banner was hung around the screen with similar promotions.
