Speed Demons to Appear Larger-Than-Life at Seafair 2008
World’s Largest Mobile HD Video Screen to Dazzle Crowds at Festival

SEATTLE (August 1, 2008) – Spectators won’t have to strain to see the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, the hydroplane races or other featured entertainment during the city’s Seafair festival this weekend. In fact, they’ll all appear larger than life thanks to the world’s largest mobile video screen towering over the tents at Genesee Park.
The truck-mounted super screen – featuring a huge 19′ x 33′ widescreen LED configuration and spectacular High-Definition resolution – is making just its third public appearance since it debuted last month. GoVision (www.jumbo.tv), a leading provider of giant LED video walls and mobile units, unveiled its massive “GoBigger” screen at the Fair St. Louis concert and festival over the 4th of July weekend in St. Louis.

The GoBigger screen was produced by South Dakota-based Daktronics, and mounted in a specially equipped 18-wheel tractor-trailer by Craftsmen Industries of St. Charles, MO. Seafair is the largest festival in the Northwest region, reaching well over two million people each year.
