GoVision Expands LED Mobile Video Display Team

KELLER, TX (August 26, 2009) – GoVision L.P., a leading provider of larger-than-life LED video walls and mobile units, today announced the expansion of its LED mobile video display team with the hiring of Alex Bethke.

Bethke joins GoVision following a three-year college internship with Daktronics, a leading manufacturer of LED products and GoVision’s largest screen supplier. A 2008 graduate of South Dakota State University with a B.A. degree in Media Production, Bethke brings his technical knowledge of LED video display control systems, troubleshooting, and media production skills to the company’s technical team.

“Alex is a very talented young man, and he’ll fit in well with our technical team,’ said Chris Curtis, CEO of GoVision (www.jumbo.tv). “He will be a key contributor to our on-site display team, helping to ensure flawless execution of the screens and ancillary production elements at every event.”

Bethke was initially introduced to state-of-the-art LED displays when SDSU installed Daktronics screens at its football and basketball facilities. He joined the university’s first game-day production crew, and quickly immersed himself in the equipment’s operation, capabilities and functionality. So when Daktronics was looking for a talented intern, the Hartley, Iowa, native was a natural fit.

Bethke will work out of GoVision’s current facilities in Keller, and will move with the rest of the staff to the company’s expansive new headquarters campus in Argyle later this year.
