GoVision Forms Advisory Board to Assist with Charting Strategy
From its beginning, GoVision charted a very clear path for its growth and expansion. To counsel the company as it moves forward, it has formed an advisory board including such distinguished members as Robert Pedersen, G. Irwin Gordon and Henry Primeaux.

The advisory board assists with developing long-term strategy and planning, general business direction, and asset and acquisition evaluation - a key force in structuring GoVision's growth.

Robert A. Pedersen operates a certified public accounting practice and personal financial planning firm in Fort Worth, Texas, concentrating on tax, estate, financial and investment planning for high net worth individuals. Prior to opening his own practice, Pedersen spent 27 years at KPMG, LLP, most recently leading the personal financial planning practice in the Midwest area, and as the national professional practice and quality assurance partner for the personal financial planning practice.

G. Irwin Gordon is the founder and general partner of The Trion Group LP, a Dallas-based consulting and interim management firm that specializes in assisting companies facing critical situations. Prior to founding The Trion Group, Gordon held executive positions with a number of high-profile companies, including Gruma Corporation, where he was president and chief executive officer, Suiza Foods (now Dean Foods Company), where he was president and chief operating officer and PepsiCo, where he was the senior vice president of branding for the Frito Lay Company.

Henry Primeaux owns a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership in Bristow, Oklahoma. He is also president of Primeaux Marketing, a full-service marketing company based in Bixby, Oklahoma, and the co-owner of Michael Fusco's Flavors Restaurant, a fine dining restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to his current dealings, Primeaux was a consultant to the automotive industry, training dealers, manufacturers and vendors, as well as giving motivational speeches.
GoVision Expands to Austin and San Antonio
GoBig units will soon call Austin and San Antonio home. GoVision plans to open its first regional office to service both cities in the coming weeks. Mike Godwin, sales and marketing director for GoVision, is focusing on developing the markets and hopes to make significant announcements regarding representation and alliances in the area soon.

"Our goal is to bring affordable mobile event services to markets across the country," said Chris Curtis, GoVision president. "The expansion into San Antonio and Austin is just the first step in what we hope to be a long line of growth."
GoVision Staff Grows With Addition of Haass as Account Executive
The GoVision staff has grown rapidly over the course of the past year, among those joining the team is Brady Haass. Responsible for sales and business development in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Haass joins as account executive.

Prior to joining GoVision, Haass worked as a radio color analyst with Texas Christian University Baseball. In this role he designed and distributed promotional materials for the TCU baseball team and organized live radio broadcasts of TCU baseball games. Haass holds a dual bachelor's degree in radio, television, film and speech communication from Texas Christian University.
GoVision Brings New Dimension to "Tribute to the Toughest"
Every year hundreds of Ford Harley-Davidson™ F-150 truck drivers and Harley-Davidson motorcycle riders in Los Angeles take part in Tribute to the Toughest, a day-long ride to raise funds for the Veterans Administration. Following this year's ride, entertainment was held at the Veterans Administration Healthcare Campus in West Los Angeles, where for the first time in the ride's three-year history, video was part of the entertainment. A GoBig unit entertained the participants along with a live concert, give-aways and a truck/motorcycle show.

The video element played a large role in the festivities. "GoVision's state-of-the-art video equipment and excellent technical staff greatly enhanced our event this year," said Peter Moorcroft, executive producer, Xperience Communications. "We look forward to their participation in future events."
Stomachs Growl for Food on the Big Screen
For the past 17 years, scores of the best restaurants in Dallas have come together to show their culinary creations at Taste of Dallas, held in the city's West End. GoVision played a key role in the three-day festival, broadcasting cooking shows and promotional messages from sponsors on the Big Screen.

The GoBig unit drew large crowds each day of the festival as a focal point of the event. It also proved to be an additional revenue stream and added value for Taste of Dallas, as they sold advertising space and highlighted sponsors on the big screen.
GO BIG Transforms to Leaderboard for Gladney Cup Tournament
GoVision caused quite a reaction at this year's Gladney Cup Tournament at the Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. One of the GoBig units displayed the scores of the 50 participating foursomes as the leaderboard for the tournament. The truck was stationed at the No. 10 fairway and received the scores via eGolfScore's real-time, wireless scoring technology.

The addition of the GoBig unit as the leaderboard reinforced the Gladney Cup's reputation for innovation and quality in both its venues and operations.
GoVision Partners With Goodfellas Logos
GoVision recently selected Goodfellas Logos as its official promotional marketing partner. Goodfellas Logos will design and outfit the GoVision staff in the latest promotional apparel to be worn at all events GoVision attends.
