GoVision Renews 100 Percent of Annual Contracts
GoVision is continuing to build momentum as the premier provider of services and technologies priced to meet any event size. GoVision announced today that it has renewed 100 percent of its contracts for annual, recurring events for 2004. Additionally, GoVision has already signed several new contracts and is planning to double its fleet of GoBig units over the year to meet demand. Among the companies that have renewed contracts with GoVision for 2004 are Texas Motor Speedway, Taste of Dallas, Arbor Daze and Sooner Sports Properties.

"Sooner Sports Properties is excited to once again have GoVision as a part of our pre-game OU Football festivities in Fan Fest," said Jason Booker, account executive, Sooner Sports Properties. "We feel that GoVision has provided a unique entertainment value to our fans and we look forward to another successful season."

Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Halftime Larger than Life
This year the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day halftime had a twist, in addition to the star-studded line-up of Toby Keith and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Framing the stage was a 9 foot by 16 foot GoVision LED screen that projected the events on the stage with two live camera feeds.

"We wanted to make Toby Keith's Thanksgiving halftime concert one to remember, and with the proliferation of LED screens at concerts, we did not want to leave out that element," said Charlotte Anderson, Dallas Cowboys vice president. "GoVision provided a high-quality product that helped to create an incredible halftime show."

With approximately three to five minutes to set up the entire stage area for the halftime entertainment, Media West, the production company for the show, and GoVision rigged the lighting and screen to a "super structure" in the rafters of Texas Stadium in the days preceding the game. Using a system of chain motors, the super structure was lowered more than 200 feet from the rafters for halftime, then pulled back up at the end of the show.
Fiesta San Antonio Goes Mobile
Fiesta San Antonio is going mobile this year. The second largest public event in the United States will use GoVision to display 50 of its events over a 10-day period. The events will be scattered throughout San Antonio and are expected to draw over a million spectators. GoVision is perfectly suited for Fiesta as it can quickly breakdown and set up in order to move from one event to the next. Fiesta San Antonio will run April 16 - 25.
GoVision Launches Largest Mobile Unit in North America
GoVision is building what will be the largest mobile unit in North America. The new mobile unit, named "GoBigger," will feature an 18 foot by 32 foot Barco LED screen mounted on a 53 foot trailer. GoBigger will be available for rental nationwide May 1 and is already slated to appear at the Breeders' Cup at Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie.

GoBigger's screen will have the capability to be raised 18 feet and rotated 360 degrees for optimal display and viewing. The unit's premier Barco SLite 14 screen, the first SLite to be used in the United States, is custom-built for large-format, outdoor viewing. GoBigger will also feature an onboard generator, built-in sound system, camera package, and a complete, onboard
control room, making it completely self-sufficient at any event.
City of Lights Gets Mobile LED Unit for Tradeshow
Las Vegas, the city of lights and LED screens, played host to the 2004 NADA Las Vegas Convention & Exposition in January. One GoBig unit added to the glitz of Las Vegas as it drove the streets of the city playing commercials for TaCito Direct Marketing, a Dallas-based company that markets to car dealers nationwide. GoBig also parked in front of the Las Vegas Convention Center and played the Super Bowl for the show attendees. GoBig attracted a lot of attention throughout the show, driving traffic to TaCito's booth.
Victoryfest "Goes Big" For Second Year
GoVision was also once again the key feature at Victoryfest, a party celebrating the Big 12 basketball tournament, held annually in Dallas' West End. One GoBig unit was used to broadcast the games to a growing crowd of fans. It also functioned as the backdrop for cheerleading and other entertainment on a stage that was constructed abutting the truck.
One of Largest Marathons in U.S. Uses GoVision
As runners were set to take their mark for the 34th annual Dallas White Rock Marathon, GoVision was on hand to broadcast the racing action live on a GoBig unit to the estimated 100,000 spectators. Considered one of the top marathons in the United States and a qualifying event for the Boston Marathon, the White Rock Marathon drew an estimated 10,000 participants from across the country.
