GoVision, a national provider of stadium-sized outdoor video services, Celebrates First Anniversary

Company Experiences 2000 Percent Growth

Dallas – Fort Worth, Texas (October 29, 2003) – GoVision™, a national provider of stadium-sized mobile video services, announced the first anniversary of its mobile big-screen unit today and marks a 2000 percent growth since January 2003.

GoVision™ provides mobile video services to events around the country through its custom-built mobile big-screen units, named GoBig, which each feature a 9 foot by 16 foot BARCO Dlite LED screen and a complete internal control room. The screen can be raised 16 feet and rotated 360 degrees for optimal flexibility in any setting. It can also be operated while in motion, and removed from the mobile units for various events and staging. The company introduced the first mobile unit on October 29, 2002, by displaying Texas Christian University’s Halloween festivities that evening in Frog Alley prior to the TCU football game. A second truck was added to the fleet in March 2003.

The anniversary of the first mobile unit arrives with an outstanding success milestone for the company, in that this month GoVision™ marks 2000 percent growth since January 2003.

“We attribute the tremendous growth and ongoing success of GoVision™ to the growing demand for video at indoor and outdoor events, as well as to the flexibility and affordability of the GoBig units,” said Chris Curtis, GoVision™ president.

Since the company initially introduced its first mobile unit, GoVision™ has participated in a number of high-profile events, demonstrating the versatility of the GoBig units.

Marathon Oil Tour
One of GoVision’s units left on a road trip in late August with the Marathon Oil Full Speed Ahead Tour. By the end of the tour in early November, the GoBig Unit will have passed through approximately 15 states, targeting areas with Marathon Oil stations, including the midwestern, eastern and southeastern United States. The tour stops at local festivals, as well as service stations along the route. In both venues, the GoBig unit’s screen shows a video promoting a new MasterCard while event organizers give consumers an opportunity to become cardholders.

The University of Oklahoma Football
A GoBig unit has become a fixture at The University of Oklahoma’s home football games this season. The University sponsors a Fun Fest outside of the stadium before and during each game, featuring vendor booths and games. The GoBig unit, the focal point of the Fun Fest, displays before the game, pre-game coverage, as well as highlights of other games being played during the day. The unit continues coverage throughout the University of Oklahoma game. The Fun Fest typically attracts 15,000 to 20,000 fans each game.

National Automobile Dealers Association Convention and Exposition
GoVision™ brought a new twist to tradeshows at the National Automobile Dealers Association 2003 Convention and Exposition in San Francisco. GoVision™ extended the Innovative Aftermarket Systems Inc. (IAS) booth to the exterior of the Moscone Center by driving around the convention center while playing commercials featuring IAS. In the evenings, the GoBig unit parked outside the convention center to broadcast information about IAS to its customers and prospects. In all, GoBig broadcasted IAS’s message 16-hours-a-day for three days.

Inauguration of Texas Governor Rick Perry
More than 12,000 people typically attend the inaugurations of the governor of Texas. Until 2003, very few of the attendees gathered outside the Texas State Capitol could see the swearing-in ceremony. This year, a GoBig unit broadcasted the event to the outside attendees. Following the ceremony, the GoBig screen turned to face the crowd gathered for the post entertainment so they could enjoy the featured band, Sister Morales.

The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston
One GoBig unit became a moving piece of art during the Vita Brevis program at The Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston. The truck drove the streets of Boston and set up in strategic areas of the city to show Remedy, a performance and video work by award-winning choreographer Ann Carlson in collaboration with Mary Ellen Strom. While stationary, the truck displayed live footage as Carlson shot on-the-spot video portraits of the public.
